Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking details will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Plushie World is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to international orders.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packing your plushies, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging and damaged items for the claims process. You’re also welcome to reach out to our support team—we’re happy to assist!
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Plushie World is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If this occurs, please reach out to the carrier for assistance. We will provide all necessary tracking and shipping details to help with your investigation.
