Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original, unused condition

In the original packaging (including tags, if applicable)

Free from any signs of wear, damage, or stains
Please note: Mystery box items, limited editions, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit—whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
